Pants are an extremely important part of your healthy daily routine. Whether it's yoga or sports (like jogging), choosing the right pants can make a huge difference in your ability to perform and, in case of meditation, concentrate and focus. 

The fabric should fit you perfectly, like your skin,  allowing for full movement and easy positioning of your body, in a comfortable way. The fabric should be one that is breathable yet moisture wicking. 

The style is more likely to be dictated by weather. Longer styles and high waists for the winter, and shorter styles (shorts, Bermuda-length, and Capri cuts) for the summer. A looser fit and thinner fabric is also the best idea for the summer. However, if you have climate control at the gym or yoga center, then fit and length is not as important, of course.
